• Fees are based on monthly scheduled enrolment. No deductions can be made in cases of absence including sick days. Fees are payable on the first day of each month. Post-dated cheques or Pre-Authorization Debit Payment Plan are required.
• Application for childcare fee subsidy is the responsibility of the parent/guardian and must be made at the local Ministry for Children and Families office. Applicable agency forms must be submitted before enrolment. Full payment is due at the start of each month. If and when subsidy funds are remitted by the Ministry, parents will be notified the amount to be deducted from their account. Subsidy only applies to actual days in attendance.
• Withdrawal requires 2 month notice. This 2-month notice commences the first calendar day of the month following notice of withdrawal.
• Modification to a student’s ECE program requires 1 month notice and takes effect from the first calendar day of the following month.
• The Association reserves the right to cancel any and all classes due to an insufficient number of children at any time. In such an event, Tuition and School Fees will be refunded on a prorated basis.
• ECE Programs are separate from Ministry Programs. Discounts do not apply for ECE programs.
